I purchased these to strap my Kayak in the back of my truck. I used two of them to strap my Kayak, for storage, onto a heavy duty storage rack in my garage. The Kayak weights 75 lbs and these straps have no problem holding it. I can loosen the straps to lower or raise the Kayak as needed.Works Great!Used these for kayak tie down. Needed a longer one. It was greatUsage will tell if they are a good Strap. Using them now to hold a Privacy Screen (mesh screen) in place.I have the ratchet types as well, but always grab these when I can, SO EASY to use!Just what I needed to hang my kayak upProduct was great, but we ordered the 4 pack and only received 3.This was supposed to come with four kayak straps. It came with only three. Counting to four is real rocket science these days I guess. Kind of useless buying this if I can't put the second kayak on my roof. Holiday weekends coming up but I guess I'm staying home now. Thanks for nothing.Do not buy if you’re looking for straps for a kayak roof rack! Claw/clasp does not hold in place. My kayak almost flew off the roof!
