update: at first it didn’t fit my sun dolphin kayak, thought it was too large like other reviewers saidBut then I got to thinking, the product is rubber and is made to be a tight fit so it doesn’t let water leak in. Being rubber against plastic, it would not fit by pure force since it is made to be a tight fitSo Here is what you do:Go to your auto store and buy some auto grease for $5 or cheapest you can find.Put the grease on the plug and it should slip right in. It did for me. Vegetable oil may work too but auto grease worked for me
